Notice is hereby given that on Tuesday, June 9, 2026, at 5:30 PM or as soon thereafter as possible, Beaver City Council will hold a public hearing in the Beaver City Council Chambers, 30 W 300 N, Beaver, Utah, to receive public comments regarding the proposed FY2027 Enterprise Fund Transfers. 2. Notice is hereby given that on Tuesday, June 9, 2026, at 5:40 PM or as soon thereafter as possible, Beaver City Council will hold a public hearing in the Beaver City Council Chambers, 30 W 300 N, Beaver, Utah, to receive public comments regarding the adoption of FY2027 Budget. 3. Notice is hereby given that on Tuesday, June 9, 2026, at 5:50 PM or as soon thereafter as possible, Beaver City Council will hold a public hearing in the Beaver City Council Chambers, 30 W 300 N, Beaver, Utah, to receive public comments regarding the proposed Sewer Connection amendment. Use Mandatory code 8.3.4. 4. Notice is hereby given that on Tuesday, June 9, 2026, at 6:10 PM or as soon thereafter as possible, Beaver City Council will hold a public hearing in the Beaver City Council Chambers, 30 W 300 N, Beaver, Utah, to receive public comments regarding the proposed Communication Fee Increase. 6. Notice is hereby given that on Tuesday, June 9, 2026, at 6:20 PM or as soon thereafter as possible, Beaver City Council will hold a public hearing in the Beaver City Council Chambers, 30 W 300 N, Beaver, Utah, to receive public comments regarding the proposed Ordinance Amending Beaver City Code Title 11, Chapter 1 Section 12 Amendments, Hearing, and Publication.
