NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING The Roy City Planning Commission will hold the following public hearings, on Tuesday June 9, 2026, at 6:00 pm, in the City Council Chambers of the Roy City Municipal Building located at 5051 South 1900 West, Roy UT. - To consider the following requests, for the property located at approximately 3025 West 4525 South: o An amendment to the General Plan (Future Land Use Map) from Single-Family Residential to Multi-Family Residential. o An amendment to the Zoning Map from R-1-8 (Residential Estates) to R-3 (Multi-Family Residential) o To consider a Development Agreement with Gooding Land LC allowing 18 single-family dwellings on a private road. THE PUBLIC IS INVITED TO PARTICIPATE
