AMENDED NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARINGS
Notice is hereby given that the Mt. Pleasant City Council, Mt. Pleasant Library Board, Mt. Pleasant Community Development and Renewal Agency, and Mt. Pleasant Local Building Authority will hold Public Hearings on
Tuesday, June 9, 2026, at 6:30 p.m. in the Mt. Pleasant City Council Chambers located at 115 West Main Street, Mt. Pleasant, Utah.
The purpose of the public hearings is to receive public comment regarding the proposed Fiscal Year 2026-2027 Budgets for the following entities:
- Mt. Pleasant City
- Mt. Pleasant Library
- Mt. Pleasant Community Development and Renewal Agency
- Mt. Pleasant Local Building Authority
The Mt. Pleasant City Council will also hold a public hearing to receive public comment regarding proposed compensation adjustments for certain municipal officers, executive municipal officers, and elected officials as set forth in Ordinance 2026-08.
Copies of the proposed budgets and proposed compensation adjustments are available for public inspection at the Mt. Pleasant City Office located at 115 West Main Street, Mt. Pleasant, Utah, during regular business hours. Copies of the proposed budgets and compensation information will also be attached to this notice on the Utah Public Notice Website.
All interested persons are invited to attend and provide comments regarding the proposed budgets and compensation adjustments.
