- ANNABELLA TOWN NOTICE OF ORDINANCE ADOPTIONS May 14, 2026 Annabella Town Council Meeting Notice is hereby given that the Annabella Town Council, at its regularly scheduled meeting held on Thursday, May 14, 2026 at 6:00 p.m. at the Annabella Town Council Chambers, 295 E 300 N, Annabella, Utah, adopted the following ordinances: 1. Ordinance Adopting the 2006 Wildland-Urban Interface (WUI) Code The Council adopted the 2006 WUI Code as the fire protection standard for areas where structures and vegetation meet, establishing requirements for defensible space, construction standards, and wildfire mitigation practices. 2. Ordinance Adopting the Updated Annabella Town Land Use Ordinance The Council adopted a comprehensive update to the Town's Land Use Ordinance, including zoning regulations, development standards, subdivision requirements, and administrative procedures.
