- PAROWAN CITY CORPORATION NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING - JUNE 11, 2026 The Parowan City Council will conduct a public hearing on Thursday, June 11, 2026, at 5:30 p.m. at the Parowan City Council Chambers, located at 35 East 100 North, Parowan, Utah. The purpose of the hearing is to solicit public comment regarding the City's proposed submission of a funding application to the Community Impact Board ('CIB') in the total amount of $475,000. The proposed funding would be used for the remodel and improvement of the Parowan City Library, including renovations, accessibility improvements, updated building systems, and related facility upgrades. The funding application is expected to request grant funding, but final authorization my contain a combination of grant and loan funding. /s/Callie Bassett, City Recorder CERTIFICATE OF POSTING I, the duly appointed City Recorder, do hereby certify that the above notice was posted this 28th of May, 2026.
