Notice of Public Hearing Hyde Park City Council will hold 3 public hearings on June 10, 2026, at 7:00p.m. and the Hyde Park City Building, 113 East Center. The meeting will be held in person and on YouTube. 1 - The Purpose of the first public hearing is the receive comments on changes to the fee schedule including updates to the building permit fees, plan review fees, GRAMA request research fees, sign permit fees and sewer impact fees. 2.- The purpose of the second public hearing is to receive input on the Hyde Park City 2027 interim budget. The proposed budget includes a property tax increase. The public hearing for the final budget and property tax increase will be on August 26th at 7:00pm. A copy of the fee schedule resolution and 2027 tentative budget can be obtained at the City Recorders office at 113 East Center, Hyde Park, UT or by emailing donja.w@hpcutah.gov. 3 - The Purpose of the hearing is to receive comments on a proposed Abandonment and Relocation of Easements located at 14 N 1200 E Smithfield, UT.
