NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARINGS CITY OF MONTICELLO FY 2025-2026 FINAL BUDGET FY 2026-2027 TENTATIVE BUDGET Notice is hereby given that the Monticello City Council will hold two (2) Public Hearings in conjunction with the regularly scheduled Monticello City Council meeting on Tuesday, June 9, 2026, to receive comments on the Final Budget for FY 2025-2026 and Tentative Budget for FY 2026-2027. The hearings will begin at 7:00 pm at the Hideout Community Center, 648 S Hideout Way, Monticello UT 84535. Copies of the budgets are available for public inspection in the office of the City Treasurer. The public is invited to attend all City meetings. In accordance with the Americans with Disabilities Act, anyone needing special accommodations to attend these Public Hearings may contact the City Office, 435-587-2271, at least three days prior to the hearings. /s/Melissa Gill Recorder

THE PUBLIC IS INVITED TO ATTEND ALL CITY MEETINGS Monticello City Council holds meetings on the 2nd and 4th Tuesdays of each month, unless otherwise posted, at the Hideout Community Center, 648 S Main, beginning promptly at 7:00 p.m. In accordance with the Americans with Disabilities Act, anyone needing special accommodations to attend a meeting may contact the City Office, 587-2271, at least three working days prior to the meeting. City Council may adjourn to closed session by majority vote, pursuant to Utah Code Section 52-4-4 & 5.
