- Public Hearing Notice The Gunnison City Planning Commission will hold three Public Hearings on Wednesday, June 10th, 2026, at 6:00 p.m. at Gunnison City Hall, located at 38 West Center Street. The purpose of the hearings is to gather public input on the following land use code amendments: - Requiring park strip areas to be maintained by adjacent property owners. - Reducing lot frontage requirements. - Sign encroachments along Main Street Residents are encouraged to attend and provide feedback.
