Description/Agenda: NOTICE OF ADOPTION On May 26, 2026, the West Valley City Council passed an ordinance adopting an amendment to the project area plan for the City Center Redevelopment Area. The amendment removes a parcel from the project area to avoid inconsistent property boundary lines. The ordinance and the resolution amending the project area plan are available for public inspection between 7 AM and 6 PM, Monday through Thursday, holidays excepted, at City Hall, which is located at 3600 S. Constitution Blvd., West Valley City, Utah.
