- WEST VALLEY CITY PUBLIC NOTICE OF ORDINANCE ADOPTION Notice is hereby given that on May 26, 2026, The West Valley City Council adopted Ordinance 26-20: AN ORDINANCE ENACTING SECTION 2-1-115, AMENDING SECTION 4-5-101, AND REPEALING SECTION 4-5-102 OF THE WEST VALLEY CITY MUNICIPAL CODE TO MAKE UPDATES REQUIRED BY STATE LAW.
