The Planning and Zoning Commission of Delta, Utah will hold a Public Hearing on Wednesday, June 10, 2026, at the Delta City Municipal Complex located at 76 N 200 W in Delta, Utah, that will begin promptly at 6:40 p.m. The purpose of the public hearing Meeting will be to review proposed updates to the City's Annexation Policy Plan and Expansion Area Map as required by §10-2-803 of Utah State Code (as amended). NOTE: Public comments of affected entities are welcomed during the Public Meeting, and written comments from affected entities will be accepted by the City up to ten (10) days following the Public Meeting. A copy of the DRAFT Annexation Policy Plan which includes the DRAFT Expansion Area Map can be found at www.delta.utah.gov or on the following website:
