- Public Notice The Hurricane City Council adopted the following ordinances: 1. Ordinance 2026-12 Amending Title 10, Chapter 37 regarding exceptions for allowing double frontage lots. 2. Ordinance 2026-13 Amending Title 10, Chapter 7 regarding updates to the new and unlisted business ordinance. 3. Ordinance ZC25-21 a Zone Change request for parcel H-3-2-10-3391 from RA-0.5 to M-1. A copy of the approved ordinances is available in the Recorder's Office at the City Office, 147 N 870 West or you may call 435-635-2811 x 106 to request a copy. This notice can also be found on the City website www.cityofhurricane.com and the Utah Public Notice website https://www.utah.gov/pmn/index.html
