- Board meeting for Summit Mosquito Abatement District will be held the second Tuesday of February, April, June, August, October, December in 2026 as follows: >February 10th >April 14th >June 9th >August 11th >October 13th >December 8th All board meetings start at 5 p.m. and are held in the District's board room located at 1735 S. Hoytsville Rd. The rate hearing for the District will be held on June 9th at 6 p.m. and the budget hearing will be held on December 8th at 6 p.m.
