NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING TO CONSIDER ADOPTING ORDINANCE 571; AN ORDINANCE AMENDING THE OFFICIAL ZONING MAP AND ADOPTING A MASTER DEVELOPMENT AGREEMENT FOR CERTAIN PARCELS LOCATED AT APPROXIMATELY 640 WEST HARRISILLE RD.
In accordance with Utah Code ยง10-20-02; the Harrisville City Planning Commission will hold a Public Hearing on Wednesday, June 10, 2026 at 7:00 PM, at the Harrisville City Hall located at 363 West Independence Blvd, Harrisville, Utah 84404. Harrisville City intends to adopt Ordinance 571; an Ordinance amending the official zoning map and adopting a Master Development Agreement for certain parcels located at approximately 640 West Harrisville Rd. All interested persons in attendance shall be given an opportunity to be heard, and may provide comments, for and/or against Ordinance 571.
