KAYSVILLE CITY PUBLIC HEARING NOTICE The Kaysville City Planning Commission will hold a public hearing on Thursday, June 11, 2026, at 7:00 p.m. in the Kaysville City Municipal Building Council Chambers located at 23 East Center Street, Kaysville, to consider: An application from Gonzalo Calquin, who is requesting a zone change for a property located at 80 East Center Street (parcel #111-08-0021) from A-1 Light Agricultural District to CC Central Commercial District with a MU Mixed Use Zoning District Overlay. The subject parcel is 1.6 acres (69,696 ft²), and the applicant is proposing a project that includes two 5-plex residential buildings with 10 total townhome units, two commercial buildings, and the preservation of the existing historic church structure to provide additional commercial space.
