Notice of Public Hearing The Washington County Planning Commission will be holding a Public Hearing regarding a proposed zone change from the A-20 (Residential Agricultural 20-acre minimum lot size) zone to the RA-1 (Residential Agricultural 1-acre minimum lot size) zone. The parcel under consideration is ER-3-15-NC which is 2.4 acres in size and is approximately located at 2751 E Bench Road, Enterprise, UT in the Enterprise Ranchos subdivision. The applicant is Clay Covington. The Washington County Planning Commission will hold a public hearing regarding this matter on Tuesday, June 06, 2026, at 1:30 PM in the Washington County Administration Building Commission Chambers at 111 E.
