Description/Agenda: RIVERTON CITY PUBLIC NOTICE Notice of Intent to Dispose of Public Property The Riverton City Council will hold a public hearing on Tuesday, June 16, 2026, beginning at 7:00 p.m. at the Riverton City Municipal Building, located at 12830 South Redwood Road, Riverton, Utah, regarding the property located at 4121 West 12600 South, Riverton, Utah, identified by the Salt Lake County Assessor's Office as Tax ID No. 27-31-227-007. The purpose of the hearing is to consider declaring the property surplus, thereby authorizing the City to dispose of the property.
Notice of Special Accommodations (ADA): Riverton City Hall is an accessible facility. Individuals needing special accommodations or assistance during this meeting shall notify the City Recorders Office at 801-208-3126, at least two business days in advance of the meeting. Accessible parking and entrance are located on the south end of the building with elevator access to the City Council Chambers located on the second floor.
