THIS IS NOTICE THAT ON JUNE 2, 2026, at approximately 7:00 PM, the WEST POINT CITY COUNCIL will hold public hearings and consider taking final action regarding the following:
- A REQUEST FOR A DEVELOPMENT AGREEMENT FOR PROPERTY LOCATED AT APPROXIMATELY 2084 N 4500 W (Applicant - Nilson Land Development)

THE A-40 ZONE TO THE R-4 ZONE (Applicant - Nilson Land Development)
