Description/Agenda: OFFICIAL NOTICE I, Ruth Ann McCain, Recorder of Spring City, have received confirmation from the Sanpete County Clerk's Office that the referendum challenging Ordinance 2026-03 has exceeded the required number of valid signatures. Pursuant to Utah Code § 20A-7-610(2), I hereby issue a temporary stay on Ordinance 2026-03. The ordinance shall remain stayed until further notice, pending completion of the referendum process. During the stay of Ordinance 2026-03, and until the referendum process is resolved, Ordinance 2025-05 remains in full force and effect. Dated this 26th day of May, 2026.
