- NOTICE OF MEETING AND AGENDA FOR ADMINISTRATIVE APPROVAL MAY 27, 2026 2:00 P.M. Notice is hereby given that the Community Development Director of Springville City will hold an Administrative Approval meeting at the Springville City Civic Center Community Development Department located at 110 South Main Street, Springville, Utah. The Director will consider the following: 1. Brad Morgan is seeking condominium/site plan approval for the Art City Landing Office Warehouse Condo project located at 552 S 400 W within the L-IM Light Industrial Manufacturing Zone. 2. Hamilton Partners is seeking site plan approval for the HCC Springville Industrial office/warehouse building located at 2303 W 500 N within the HC-Highway Commercial Zone. This meeting was noticed in compliance with Utah Code 52-4-202 on May 26, 2026. Agendas and minutes are accessible through the Springville City website at www.springville.org/agendasminutes.
