Description/Agenda: The Board of Trustees (the 'Board') of the Interstate Technology Park PID (the 'District') will meet in a public session to hold its Board Meeting on May 26, 2026 at 10:00 a.m.. The Board's initial meeting will be conducted in person, with the anchor location at Onsite Construction Structure, 5864 Higley Lane, Grantsville, UT 84029 (Tooele County). Non-voting participants may participate remotely. No Trustee may participate electronically or vote electronically until after the Board has adopted an electronic meetings policy. The public is welcome to attend the Board Meeting. The agenda includes the following items: AGENDA 1. Welcome and Call to Order; Quorum 2. Consideration and Possible Adoption of Electronic Meetings Policy 3. Adjournment
