Woodland Hills City Council Meeting Agenda May 26, 2026 Notice is hereby given that the Woodland Hills City Council will hold a Public Hearing, followed by a Work Session and a City Council Meeting on Tuesday, May 26th, 2026, beginning at 6:00 p.m. All meetings will be held at the Woodland Hills City Center, located at 690 South Woodland Hills Drive, Woodland Hills, Utah, unless otherwise announced. Public Hearing 1. Public hearing regarding (a) the issuance of not more than $1,400,000 of Sales and Franchise Tax Revenue Bonds and (b) any potential economic impact that the improvements, facility, or property financed in whole or in part with the proceeds of said bonds may have on the private sector. 2. Proposed 2026-2027 Fiscal Year Budget Work Session During the Work Session, the City Council may discuss agenda items and receive informational presentations. No formal action will be taken 3. Discussion of the Proposed 2026-2027 Fiscal Year Budget 4. Discussion of the Proposed Strategic Plan 5. Discussion of Utah Wildland Fire Memorandum of Understanding between the Utah Division of Forestry, Fire, and State Land and Woodland Hills. 6. Discussion of CPR Contract for APP-Pickleball Grant 7. Discussion Phase 3 of the Waterline Project 8. April 2026 Financials, Check Disbursements 9. Discussion of Upcoming Request for Woodland Hills City to Vacate a Portion(s) of a Road 10. Resolution 2026-38 Adopting the 2026-2027 Fiscal Year Budget Closed Session The Woodland Hills City Council may temporarily recess the regular meeting and convene in a closed session to discuss pending or reasonably imminent litigation; the purchase, exchange, or lease of real property or water; security or safety; or to discuss the character, professional competence, or physical or mental health of an individual as provided by Utah Code Annotated ยง52-4-205.
