GRANTSVILLE CITY
NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
PUBLIC NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Grantsville City Council will hold a Public Hearing on Wednesday, June 3rd, 2026, at 7:00 p.m. for the purpose of receiving public input regarding a proposed ordinance amending Section 4.5 of the Grantsville Land Use Management Code regarding lot standards and street frontage, including amendments to the applicability of the lot proportion requirement.
The proposed amendment would modify the current lot proportion standard to apply to lots containing 14,000 square feet or less rather than one-half (1/2) acre or less.
The public hearing will be held in person at Grantsville City Hall, located at 429 E. Main Street, Grantsville, Utah, 84029, and electronically via Zoom.
Public comments are welcome and may be provided in person during the meeting or electronically using the following information:

Written comments may also be submitted to the City Recorder, Alicia Fairbourne, at afairbourne@grantsvilleut.gov. All written comments will be distributed to the City Council and entered into the public record. To ensure consideration, comments must be received no later than 12:00 p.m. (noon) on the day of the meeting.
