Description/Agenda
Pursuant to Utah law, the Wasatch County School District Board of Education will meet for a site tour of the Deer Creek High School campus, located at 901 West Riverwalk Road, Heber City, Utah, on May 26, 2026, at 5:00 p.m. The Board will then convene for its regularly scheduled meeting at 6:30 p.m. in the Wasatch Education Center Board Chambers, located at 101 East 200 North, Heber City, Utah.
Pursuant to Utah Administrative Code R277-407-6, the Wasatch County School District Board of Education will provide opportunities for public comment regarding the proposed 2026-2027 fee schedules for Wasatch County Schools. Public participation in the development of the fee schedules is encouraged. The first opportunity for public comment was held on April 28, 2026. A second public comment session will be held during the regularly scheduled Board meeting on May 26, 2026, at 6:30 p.m. at the Wasatch County School District Office, 101 East 200 North, Heber City, Utah.
This meeting is open to the public and will be broadcast live at Wasatch-YouTube.com. Public comment will be accepted in-person, by email, or through online participation via Zoom.

An Executive Session may be convened following the board meeting, as permitted under Utah Code ยง 52-4-205, to discuss the character, professional competence, or physical or mental health of an individual; the purchase, exchange, or lease of real property; collective bargaining; and pending or reasonably imminent litigation.

1. In accordance with Utah Admin. Code R277-407-6, the Wasatch County School District Board of Education will hold public comment for consideration of the 2026-2027 fee schedules affecting Wasatch County Schools during the regularly scheduled Board of Education meeting. Public participation in the development of the fee schedules is encouraged. The comment sessions will be held on April 28, 2026 and May 26, 2026, at 6:30 PM in the Wasatch County School District Office, 101 E 200 N, Heber City, Utah.
2. Public comments will be accepted for approximately twenty (20) minutes. Each speaker will be allowed a maximum of two (2) minutes.
