Avon Minor 2nd Amendment - A request to amend the boundaries between Lot 3 and the first Agricultural Remainder in the Knowles Acres Subdivision, located at 1232 E. Canyon Rd., Avon in the Agricultural (A10) Zone. 2. Knowles Acres 3rd Amendment - A request to amend the boundaries between the first Agricultural Remainder and Lot 3 of the Avon Minor Subdivision, located at 1008 E. Canyon Rd., Avon in the Agricultural (A10) Zone. 3. West Country Estates 1st Amendment - A request to amend the existing Lot 1 of the formerly known CTR Ranching & Lloyd & Della Hansen Lot Split Subdivision by splitting it and creating eight new lots, located at 6755 W. 1400 N., Petersboro in the Agricultural (A10) Zone. Regular Action Items 4. Public Hearing (5:35PM or soon thereafter) - Geotechnical Report Requirements Amendment - An amendment to Cache County Code §17.18.050 to exempt non-habitable accessory buildings that are 2,400 square feet or under from the geotechnical report requirement. 5. TriStar Ranch CUP - A request to create and operate a Recreational Facility (Use Type 4100) and a Boarding Facility (Use Type 6200) on 14.56 acres located at 3776 N. 2400 W., Benson, in the Agricultural (A10) Zone.
