ELECTION NOTICE
Notice is given that a regular primary election will be held on Tuesday, June 23, 2026, to nominate party candidates for the parties and candidates for nonpartisan local school board positions listed on the regular primary election ballot.
For voters receiving a ballot by mail, ballots will be mailed beginning 21 calendar days before the election. The location of ballot drop boxes, the location and hours of polling places, including early voting polling places and hours, and qualifications of individuals who may vote in the election can be found at www.grandcountyutah.gov/elections, by calling (435) 259-1321, or at 125 E Center St, Moab. On the day of the election, the polls will open at 7 a.m. and continue open until 8 p.m. Attest: County Clerk/Auditor
If you are an individual with a disability who is not able to vote a manual ballot by mail, you may obtain information on voting in an accessible manner by contacting the Grand County Clerk/Auditor's Office at (435) 259-1321, by emailing elections@grandcountyutah.gov, or at our office at 125 E Center St.
NOTICE OF TESTING OF AUTOMATIC TABULATING EQUIPMENT
On Wednesday, June 3, 2026, at 1:00pm at the Grand County Clerk/Auditor's Office at 125 East Center Street, Moab, Utah, there will be a public, pre-election demonstration of logic and accuracy testing of the Express Vote Terminal and DS 300 Tabulator to be used in the 2026 Primary Election.
On Wednesday, July 1, 2026 at 9:00am at the Grand County Clerk/Auditor's Office there will be a public, post-election audit of ballots counted using automatic tabulating equipment from the June 23, 2026 Primary Election.
