Description/Agenda: Town of Cannonville - Planning Commission Meeting Minutes May 20, 2026 Town of Cannonville held a Planning Commission Meeting, Wednesday, May 20, 2026, in the town Hall. The meeting began at 6:00 pm. Purpose of the meeting was to continue to review the ongoing changes to the Town of Cannonville Zoning Ordinance. Public in Attendance: Bill Scoffield, Board Members: Peter Jensen, Mark Nelson & Chelsea Nielson Reading and approval of the Agenda/Minutes: postponed until next time Discussion: Mr. Pete Jensen indicated that without the full committee the zoning ordinance review would be pushed another month. Additional research and review will be necessary. Marshall Thompson has summarized the ordinance and written a tool with links to pertinent guidance at the county and state level to assist in the review process. Details to be emailed. Additional review will happen this week on Ashton Robinson's project. Mr. Ashton Robinson's plans were not reviewed. Adjourned: 7:25pm
