Description/Agenda: NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING Notice is hereby given that the City Council of the City of St. George, will hold a public hearing at 5:00 p.m. on Thursday, June 4, 2026, at St. George City Offices located at 61 S Main Street, St. George, Utah to consider the following: 1. Consideration of an ordinance to vacate of municipal utility easement, which are designated as common area, adjoining Lot 406, Desert Color Resort Phase 4B and Phase 6, as described in Doc. No. 20230032066, located at 5322 S Pura Lane, St. George, UT 84790. Interested persons may present their views in writing by emailing comments to christina.fernandez@sgcityutah.gov or by mailing them to 61 S MAIN ST, St. George, UT 84770, Attn: City Recorder. Comments may also be given in person at the hearing.
