PUBLIC HEARING: CULINARY WATER IMPACT FEES
Motion to Open Public Hearing:
Council Member Ross motioned to open the public hearing for the culinary water impact fees. Council Member Burgan made the second.

Presentation: Pam Eaves, the Planning and Zoning Chair, presented the 2026 Culinary Water Impact Fee Analysis (IFA) and Facilities Plan (IFFP), which proposes simplifying the 2006 fee structure from four separate charges into a single consolidated impact fee. The new fee is set at just under $14,000, representing an increase of approximately $2,000 over the previous combined total. This update is designed to fund specific infrastructure needs identified in the Facilities Plan, primarily the construction of a new culinary water well and other capital improvements required to support town growth.
