NOTICE OF HIGHLAND CITY COUNCIL PUBLIC HEARING The Highland City Council will hold a public hearing on June 2, at 6:00 pm, or as soon thereafter as possible, in the Highland City Council Chambers, 5400 West Civic Center Dr, Highland, UT. The City Council will receive public comments concerning the following: - Midtown National Group has applied to amend the development agreement for the Highland Mains project to modify Exhibit C of the agreement, which exhibit outlines the signage allowed within the project. - Highland City is considering amending section 3-101 of the Development Code regarding the process for hearing, decided, and appealing petitions for approval of new or unlisted uses to conform with new state law (SB 284). - Highland City is considering amending chapter 2, article 2 of the Development Code regarding the Planning Commission makeup, removal, ethics, and training requirements to conform with new state law (SB 284).
