PLANNING DIVISION ADMINISTRATIVE HEARING AGENDA Thursday, June 4, 2026 at 5:00 PM This meeting will be held online and will not have an anchor location at the City & County Building. The Administrative Hearing Officer, Staff, and Applicant will join remotely. AGENDA 1. Conditional Use for Kennel Use at Approximately 505 & 523 W 500 S and 508, 512 & 520 S 500 W - Allen Glenn and Kimberly Jorgensen, on behalf of The Perfect Wag, are requesting approval for a Conditional Use permit for a kennel use at the above-listed property. Currently, the land is occupied by a vacant building. The subject property is located in the MU-11 (Mixed-Use 11) Zoning District and is within Council District 2, represented by Alejandro Puy.
