Notice is hereby given that the Sanpete County Commission will hold a Public Hearing to discuss a potential resolution to ask registered voters in the upcoming General Election whether Sanpete County shall impose a healthcare and emergency services - including E911 system - sales and use tax to be used, as allowed, by State statute. Anyone objecting or in support of the proposed resolution must file a written objection with the Sanpete County Clerk's Office (lchristiansen@sanpetecountyutah.gov) at the Sanpete County Courthouse (160 N. Main Street, Suite 202, Manti, Utah, 84642), no later than 10 days prior to the hearing. The public hearing has been scheduled at the Sanpete County Commission Chambers in the Sanpete County Courthouse, 160 N. Main Street, Manti, Utah, on Tuesday, the 30th day of June, 2026, at 6:00 P.M.
