NOTICE OF PETITION TO AMEND THE GENERAL PLAN AND TO REZONE PROPERTY
AMENDED NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Layton City Council will hold a Public Hearing on Thursday, June 4, 2026 at 7:00 p.m. in the Council Chambers of the Layton City Center, 437 North Wasatch Drive, to review a proposal to amend the General Plan land designation of approximately 1.52 acres from Agriculture to Institutional Use and rezone approximately 26.12 acres of property currently zoned A (Agriculture) to PB (Professional Business) located at approximately 790 East Antelope Drive and 1867 North Fairfield Road.
