NOTICE AND AGENDA NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Gunnison City Council will hold a Work Meeting along with its regularly scheduled City Council Meeting Wednesday, March 21, 2012 at the Gunnison City Hall, 38 West Center, with the Work Meeting beginning at 5:00 p.m. and the City Council Meeting at 7:00 p.m. Work Meeting 1) Review 2011-2012 budget, Discuss Revisions, Needs and Funding Priorities for 2011-2012 budget 2) Review 5 Year and 10 Year Capital Improvement Projects and Prioritize 3) Budget Session – Discuss Funding Priorities for 2012-2013 Budget Gunnison City Council Business 4) Invocation 5) Review Recent Wasatch Environmental Report, Current Status of Clean Up, Removal of SVE Equipment and Discuss Plans to Remove former Top Stop Building 6) Proposed Approval of Computer Program Upgrade for Gunnison City Offices 7) Discuss Utah League of Cities and Towns Upcoming Convention April 11-13, 2012, St. George 8) Review of part-time Employee Needs for Seasonal Employment and Appointment of Duties – to begin April 15, 2012 9) Discuss Swimming Pool, Employee Trainings and Wages with Proposed Approval-Council Member Judy 10) Update, Discussion, and Proposed Approval of Terms and Possible Acceptance of Land and Property Offered as a Donation to the City 11) Review Prioritization of Curb, Gutter and Sidewalk Improvements on Side Streets in Conjunction with Main Street Project and Discuss Estimated Costs.
