The Oakley City Planning Commission
will hold a public hearing and take possible action:
Wednesday, June 3, 2026 at 6:00 p.m.

The purpose of the hearing is to receive public comment and take possible action regarding a proposed conditional use permit at:
1175 West 5930 North (28.93 acres.)
Proposed use includes a 2,044 sq ft garage. Garage is 28'x75'. Height 24' 2'. Location of garage is towards northwest corner of property with long side running east and west.
Allowable use with a Conditional Use Permit in the A5 zone per Oakley City Code 13-4-19
Applicant is Tanner Crow/Moss Crow LLC.
