Notice is hereby given that the Oak City Town Board will hold a Public Hearing along with its regularly scheduled Town Board Meeting on Thursday, May 21, 2026 beginning at 7:45 p.m. in the Oak City Town Hall Conference Room.
The Public Hearing will begin with an invocation and public comment will then be taken on the proposed issuance of the Parity Water Revenue Bonds in an amount not to exceed $1,500,000. This Hearing will begin at 7:45 pm; after which, the Regular Town Board Meeting will begin.
The following agenda items will be considered at the Regular Meeting:
A. Adopt Agenda.
B. Adopt Minutes of Town Board Regular Meeting held Thursday, April 16, 2026.
C. Discuss Digital Electrical Meters Being Implemented.
D. Discuss 2025-2026 and 2026-2027 Budgets.
E. Discuss Water Rate Adjustment
F. Public Comment.
G. Monthly Financial Report.
H. Departmental Reports.
I. Miscellaneous.
J. Adjournment.
