- HEBER CITY COUNCIL PUBLIC HEARING NOTICE Fiscal Year 2027 Budget Adoption In accordance with Section 10-6-113 of the Utah State Code, notice is hereby given that the Heber City Council will hold a Public Hearing at 6:00 p.m. on Tuesday, June 2, 2026, to review the adoption of the 2027 Fiscal Year Budget. The Public Hearing will be held at the Heber City Municipal Building located at 75 North Main Street, Heber City, in the City Council Chambers. Public comment is welcome in person or virtually via the City Council Meeting link found on the following website https://www.heberut.gov/256/Agendas-and-Minutes. Copy of the proposed budget is available for review on the City website www.heberut.gov and in the office of the Heber City Finance Manager Sara Nagel.
