ORDINANCE 2026-11, AMENDING CHAPTERS 17.16.010 (PLANNING COMMISSION), AND 17.18.030.010 (GENERAL USE REGULATIONS) OF THE SOUTH JORDAN CITY MUNICIPAL CODE TO COMPLY WITH CHANGES IN STATE LEGISLATION. APPROVED 05-19-2026 BY 5-0 VOTE. ZONING ORDINANCE 2026-04-Z, REZONING PROPERTY LOCATED AT 10981 S TEMPLE DRIVE FROM A-1 (AGRICULTURE) TO R-2.5 (SINGLE FAMILY RESIDENTIAL) ZONE. ZERIN DIXON BREWER (APPLICANT). APPROVED 05-19-2026 BY 5-0 VOTE. The complete ordinance is on file at the South Jordan City Recorder's Office and attached to this notice. Published this 21st day of May, 2026.
