Description/Agenda: Notice of Public Hearings The Planning Commission and City Council will hold public hearings on Wednesday, June 3, 2026, at 6:00 pm and Tuesday June 16, 2026, at 6:00 pm. Title 15 Amendment (Public Hearing): - Title 15 Flood Damage Prevention: This proposal includes updates to the City's Flood Plain ordinance to current effective FIRM/FIS. Construction Standards (Public Hearing): - Construction Standards Revision (26.01): This proposal involves various updates being made to the City's Construction Standards. These hearings will be held in the Council Chambers at 80 South Main Street, Second Floor, Spanish Fork. Written questions and comments will be forwarded to the Planning Commission and City Council.
