- MILLARD COUNTY ROAD DEPARTMENT REQUEST FOR SEALED BIDS (RFP) Millard County Road Department is accepting sealed bids for the purchase of the following equipment: Equipment Requested Two (2) Used Oil Distributor Trucks meeting the following minimum specifications: - Mileage Range: 150,000 - 250,000 miles - Tank Capacity: 3500-4,000-gallon tank - Spray Bar: 18-20 foot spray bar - Condition: Must be fully functional and operational - Availability: Equipment must be available for delivery or pickup no later than June 16, 2026 Bid Requirements Each sealed bid shall include: 1. Complete description of each truck being offered 2. VIN numbers 3. Current mileage 4. Maintenance and service history (if available) 5. Photos of equipment 6. Confirmation that all equipment is fully operational 7. Total purchase price including all fees 8. Availability date 9. Seller contact information Submission Instructions Sealed bids must be clearly marked: 'SEALED BID - Oil DISTRIBUTOR TRUCKS' Bids shall be submitted to: Sealed Bids- Oil Distributor Trucks Attn: Millard County Auditor 50 South Main Street Fillmore, Utah 84631 Email: Millardbids@millardcounty.gov Subject Line: Sealed Bid for Oil Distributor Bid Deadline All sealed bids must be received no later than: June 1st 2026 by 4:00 pm Late submissions will not be accepted. Terms and Conditions - Millard County reserves the right to reject any or all bids. - Millard County reserves the right to waive informalities or technicalities in the bidding process. - Preference may be given based on condition, availability, service history, and overall value to the County, not solely lowest price. - Local preference may be given based on Millard County Procurement Policy - Equipment may be subject to inspection prior to final purchase approval.
