Approve Minutes of the Previous Meeting b. Approve Purchase Orders, Payroll and Payment of Bills c. Licenses and Permits PUBLIC HEARING 6:35 Public hearing to receive public comment regarding Resolution 26-07, a resolution amending Article VII, Utility Rates, Section A, Electric, of the Fillmore City Fee and Rate Schedule, to increase the residential and commercial electric rates by $0.025 per kilowatt hour. PUBLIC COMMENTS COMMUNICATIONS AND REQUESTS OTHER BUSINESS BROUGHT BEFORE COUNCIL a. Discuss and possibly adopt Resolution 26-07 amending Article VII, Utility Rates, Section A, Electric, of the Fillmore City Fee and Rate Schedule, to increase the residential and commercial electric rates by $0.025 per kilowatt hour. b. Discuss and possibly approve annual write-off accounts for 2026 c. Discuss and possibly take action regarding possible options for Danny Wardle regarding land acquisition of city-owned property adjacent to the Filly's Café d. Discuss and possibly approve purchase of a mudjacking pump for repairs of city sidewalks e. Discussion regarding the Community Wildfire System (CWS) and HB48 (High Risk WUI) and possibly approve the CWS with the State of Utah f. Discuss and possibly approve the continuation of the previous golf course water assistance agreement for one year with Tod Monsen, Pistol Rock Golf Course COUNCIL/CITY ATTORNEY/MAYOR DEPARTMENT REPORTS (Identification of issues for consideration on future agendas)
