WEST VALLEY CITY PLANNING COMMISSION PUBLIC HEARING
A Public Hearing of the West Valley City Planning Commission will be held on Wednesday, May 27, 2026, at 4:00 PM, in West Valley City Hall, 3600 Constitution Blvd., West Valley City, Utah. A premeeting will be held at 3:30 PM. Members of the press and public are invited to attend in person or view this meeting live on Zoom at https://us06web.zoom.us/j/83896786911.
Preliminary application information will be available by 6:00 PM on Tuesday, May 19, 2026 at https://www.wvc-ut.gov/669/Agendas-Minutes. Staff analyses, as well as any final application materials, will be updated by 12:00 PM on Monday, May 25, 2026.
Testimonies for or against the proposed applications can be provided to the Planning Commission during the public hearing or in writing prior to the hearing. If you wish to submit written comments, be advised that this should be provided to the Planning Staff member assigned to the application at least seven (7) days prior to the meeting to enable the Planning Commission to properly consider the comments.

SA-4-2026 Petition by Jake Wyckoff requesting a subdivision amendment for the Colt Plaza III Subdivision, Lot 5A, Third Amended. The proposed subdivision will abandon utility easements on the lot. SMI-3-2026 Petition by Leo Betz, representing Wadsworth Development Group, requesting minor subdivision approval for the West Valley City Kingbee Subdivision. PUD-2-2024 Petition by Adrian Brewer, representing Fairway Development Group, requesting to amend the final plat approval for the Sage Valley Townhomes. The applicant is requesting to modify some items from the original approval, including the building setbacks for some of the units. The subdivision name will be changed to Skyline Vista Townhomes. The amended PUD will consist of 18 units on 1.54 acres. The property is located at 1854 West 4100 South and is zoned RM (Multiple Unit Dwelling Residential).
