Description/Agenda: Public Notice Heber City Ordinance Adoption During the Regular City Council Meeting held May 19, 2026, the Heber City Council adopted Temporary Ordinance 2026-10. Ordinance 2026-10 established temporary regulations regarding the requirement for existing above-ground utilities to be buried. Voting Yes: Council Members Barney, Cheatwood, Johnston, Ostergaard, and Murdock. Voting No: none. The motion passed 5-0.
