PUBLIC NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Eureka City Planning & Zoning Commission will hold a Work Meeting at 6:00 pm and their Regular Meeting at 7:00 pm, at the Eureka City Hall, 15 North Church St., Eureka, UT 84628.
The agenda for the meetings is as follows: (NOTE: The agenda may be accelerated, or the line items may be discussed in any order.)
6:00 pm Work Meeting
1. Review ordinances and discuss where certain ordinances need change or updating.
2. Discuss building permits needing follow-up.
3. Adjournment to Regular Meeting.
7:00 pm Regular Meeting.
1. Welcome/Roll Call.
2. Pledge of Allegiance.
3. Reading/Approval of the Minutes.
4. Report of Officers - Boards - Committees
5. Discussion/Action Items:
A. New Building Permits.
B. Policies regarding denied permits.
C. Process for 'stop work' on denied permits
D. Process for 'stop work' on projects without permits.
E. Process for payment of water/sewer connections on these homes that are being permitted and sold. ($60 fee???).
F. Discussion and voting on ordinance changes as discussed during the work meetings.
G. Other Issues from Commission Members.
H. Discussion on General Plan Update.
