- Public Notice of Waiting List Reopening The Housing Authority of Utah County Housing Choice Voucher (Section 8) and Mainstream 5 Waiting Lists will reopen on June 1, 2026. Waiting lists will remain open indefinitely. - Applications will be available online at www.housinguc.org. The application is easily accessible from any computer, smartphone, or tablet with internet access.
