REQUEST FOR BID Public Works Automated Gate Bids for the construction of the Project will be received through the Bonfire website until June 4, 2026 at 3:00 PM local time. At that time, the Bids received will be 'publicly' opened and read. A link to a Zoom meeting for reading of the bids may be requested through the Bonfire website. The Project includes the following Work: The project includes supply and installation of a new vertical pivot gate with hydraulic operator using electrical power. Bids are requested for the following Contract: New Public Works Gate Obtaining the Bidding Documents Information and Bidding Documents for the Project can be found at the following designated website: Utah Procurement Place - Bonfire. U3P Bidding Documents may be downloaded from the designated website. To obtain addenda, Prospective Bidders must to register with the designated website as a plan holder. The designated website will be updated periodically with addenda, lists of registered plan holders, reports, and other information relevant to submitting a Bid for the Project. All official notifications, addenda, and other Bidding Documents will be offered only through the designated website. Neither OWNER nor ENGINEER will be responsible for Bidding Documents, including addenda, if any, obtained from sources other than the designated website. Pre-bid Conference A pre-bid conference for the Project will be held on Thursday May 21, 2026 at 1:00 PM at Saratoga Springs Public Works 213 N 900 E Saratoga Springs, Utah 84045. Attendance at the pre-bid conference is encouraged but not required. Instructions to Bidders.
