NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
PETITION TO VACATE EAST CARBON CITY STREET KNOWN AS HEATH LANE
NOTICE is hereby given that the East Carbon City Council has received A PETITIONTO VACATE that certain city street known as HEATH LANE, extending from Valley View Drive through Ridgeway Subdivision to its terminus. Said roadway traverses through Section 1,Township 13 South Range 15 East, Section 6 of Township 15 South Range 14 East, and Section31 of Township 14 South Range 14 East, Salt Lake Base and Meridian.
East Carbon City will hold a public hearing on Tuesday, June 2, 2026, in conjunction with its regular City Council Meeting at 6:30 p.m. to receive public comments in favor of or against vacating Heath Lane. All persons wishing to present facts and arguments in favor of or against the vacationing of said city street will be given the opportunity to be present and to be heard. The hearing will be held at East Carbon City Hall located at 101 West Geneva Drive, East Carbon City, Utah, 84520.
