1. Discuss the Hinckley Topaz Townhome Subdivision Preliminary Plat Review that was completed by James Saunders, Jones & DeMille Engineering, consider deficiencies listed in the review and Apex Development Partners. LLC response to resolving them, and make a recommendation to the Land Use Authority of acceptance of the resolved deficiencies and addressing those that need to be resolved.
2. Discussion and Possible Action Regarding the Diversion of a Portion of Hinckley Town Water Rights for Use at the Hinckley Cemetery currently operated by the Hinckley Deseret Cemetery District and Determination of Potential Water Usage Fees.
3. Review and adopt the Hinckley Town FY 2027 Tentative Budget (General Fund, Water Fund, and Sewer Fund). Set a date, time and place for a public hearing to hear public comment on the proposed budget before June 22, 2026.
4. Review Bid Estimates for Electrical Improvements in Park.
