- WEST VALLEY CITY REQUEST FOR PROPOSAL This request for proposals ('RFPs') seeks qualified providers for the West Valley City Police Department for a Towing Service Provider for West Valley City, Utah. Details and specifications are distributed through www.utah.bonfirehub.com or can be obtained from the Towing Coordinator towingcoordinator@wvc-ut.gov. Questions regarding the RFP should be to the Towing Coordinator as listed above. Opening/due date shall be June 4, 2026 at 03:00 p.m. local prevailing time, as conclusively established by Bonfire.com. No public opening will be held. Results will be made available on the City Website. Proposals must comply with the requirements of the full Request for Proposals to be considered.
