Discussion and possible action on a solution for the heavy truck traffic on our city streets. Public Forum Audience members are invited to address the Council with any concerns they may have. Each person will have 3 minutes to express their thoughts. The Council will allow you to finish speaking before providing any response, ensuring that your time is respected. Please note that a maximum of 5 residents can sign up to participate in the public forum. State Law prohibits the Council from acting on items that do not appear on the agenda. 8. Discussion on compensation increases for employees, excluding the elected officials and appointed officials. 9. Discussion on the amended budget for FY 2026 and proposed budget for FY 2027 Attachments: Public Hearing The purpose of these hearings is to receive public input. 10. Motion to open the public hearing for a compensation increase for employees. 11. Motion to close the public hearing. 12. Motion to open the public hearing on the amended budget for the Fiscal Year 2026 13. Motion to close the public hearing. 14. Motion to open the public hearing for the proposed budget for the Fiscal Year 2027. 15. Motion to close the public hearing. Business 16. Discussion and possible action on awarding the bid for a new public works building. Attachments: 17.
